| SOFTWARE SPECIALIST |
| You will work together with the software development team. You are
expected to work on highly technical software development projects
involving integration and interfaces with various 3rd party products
in real-time environments. Some of the technical challenges you will
meet are distributed object oriented programming, multi-threaded
asynchronous programming, real-time considerations involving hundreds
of transactions per second, dynamic HTML, Wen 2.0 technologies, etc. You are also required to participate
in various activities throughout the product development life cycle,
including detail design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance |
| Requirements: |
- Minimum of 3 years' development experience on Unix and Windows platform,
especially in the areas mentioned above.
- Strong development skills in Java and/or C++ with at least 1 product
life cycle in each language. Candidate must write clean, well-engineered
code that is reliable, adequately commented, robust and adheres
to standards.
- Good technical knowledge in OO concept and DBMS.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Team player yet independent and pro-active in solving technical
problems.
