| The Aggregator is a leading-edge product for harvesting
information from websites. However, unlike other "generic" aggregation
solutions, ours is based on a unique trust model that addresses the
data privacy issues of the customer and protects the interest of the
institution offering this service: |
- It employs a unique aggregation engine that resides on the
customer's PC. Sensitive information like password remains with
the customer and is never transferred, in the clear or encrypted,
to another 3rd party.
- The customer has full control over the information that is
to be aggregated. For example, within a site, the customer can
decide that the account balance is aggregated while the account
number is not.

| Even though aggregation is activated from the customer's
PC, our aggregator model still keeps the customer "faithful" to the
institution offering this service: |
- The product validates that the customer is a valid customer
of the institution.
- The aggregated information is passed back to the institution
for value-added profiling to enhance the institution's relationship
with the customers, e.g. provide a dashboard view of the customer's
